Our 12-month Management Trainee Program experience is designed to prepare future bankers for success. This full-time benefit-eligible position offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced work environment through business area rotations across Bank departments and participation and collaboration with leadership in bank-wide projects.
At Bangor Savings Bank, we are committed to serving our communities, and Management Trainees will be invited and encouraged to participate in paid volunteer or community service projects with the Talent & Diversity team.
Being your authentic self is at the core of this program. Management Trainees receive guidance and leadership from the Director of Talent & Diversity and through executive mentorship from our Bank leaders. At the end of the program, Management Trainees are assigned to a professional position within the Bank.
